Markets' biggest drop in months may become much worse

US markets fell sharply overnight as mounting US-Europe tension rattled investors, who turned to precious metals and 'safer' investments. This biggest fall in months could become a deeper pullback, with resolution to geopolitical issues looking unlikely in the immediate term. That could spell opportunities for investors if we look at a recent similar pullback from 2024.
